# Cierre de aplicación Pix4D mapper

Hola.  
Tengo una laptop HP ENVY i7 16GB de RAM, con cualquier versión de Pix4D, al momento de crear un nuevo proyecto, me dirijo a seleccionar la carpeta de almacenamiento, se me cierra inmediatamente el programa, no sé porque me sucede esto.  
He intentado algunas cosas, como actualizaciones tarjeta BIOS, he bloqueado mi antivirus AVAST, etc., y no he obtenido un buen resultado hasta ahora, si me pueden ayudar por favor.

Gracias por su mensaje y bienvenido a la Comunidad Pix4D 🙂 .

Estoy usando un traductor, lo siento por cualquier error.

Creemos que el problema puede estar relacionado con OneDrive. Algunos usuarios informaron que el problema desapareció cuando se deshabilitó la sincronización con la carpeta del Escritorio. Puedes hacerlo en la _configuración_ de OneDrive, pestaña _Copia de seguridad_ (_backup tab_), y hacer clic en **Detener copia de seguridad** ( **Stop backup** ) en la sección _Escritorio_ (la sincronización de las carpetas _Documentos_ o _Imágenes_ no tiene ningún impacto).

**Nota** : después de hacer clic en **Detener Copia de Seguridad** los archivos que actualmente tienes en el escritorio desaparecerán. Aparecerá un acceso directo (shortcut) llamado “_¿Dónde están mis archivos?_” (“_Where are my files?_”) en tu escritorio y te guiará a la ubicación actual de tus archivos de escritorio.

Por favor, indícanos si al deshabilitar la sincronización de la carpeta del Escritorio con OneDrive te permite reanudar el proceso.
