Can’t verify my email.
Whe i try to use “get support” i get this:

 ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/pix4d/original/2X/b/b57e13b392a2b25f6c610dc2bd620fcbb2589ae7.png)

When i log into my account and click “resend confirmation email” i get this:
“Verification email could not be sent”

I dont have access to old confirmation emails that were sen months ago.

Hi @digitalisierung,

Welcome to the Pix4D Community 🤝.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the account verification.

I’ve sent a verification email to your account right now. Please check the spam/junk/undesired folders of your email client. The subject of the email is “Aktivieren Sie Ihr Pix4D-Konto”, the sender is “[noreply@pix4d.com](mailto:noreply@pix4d.com)”.

I can confirm that the confirmation email has been sent but has not been opened (but also not rejected).

Please let me know how it goes.

Daniele

Thank you @digitalisierung; I’m happy to hear that it works now.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Happy mapping!
