# Can't Share Cloud Project.

I’m not seeing the share project option on projects were i only uploaded files and didn’t process in the cloud.

Hello Jarod,

We&nbsp;recently had an issue with projects where they are staying in a wrong status even after uploading outputs.

I couldn’t find any project that might have the bug. Please let us know the ID of the affected projects or the Pix4D account that owns the affected projects by submitting a [support request](https://community.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).&nbsp;
