# Can't enter into the import coordinates menu

When I try to import the coordinates from the file, the menu doesn’t allow to get into it.

What happens when you click “Browse”

Is your file in the following format?

Thanks Christina, the problem is that when we try to hit any button on the Select Geolocation File window, is not allowed, the only button available is the X to close the window, we dont know if is something about the version of the software or anything else?

I would appreciate it if you could log out of the device you are using now and log in to a different device to test if it is a hardware issue.
