# Camera not calibrating

Hi All,

I am using the Mica sense RedEdge-M for my graduate thesis project. I have a reflectance plate and the reflectance factor.

When I don’t have the images of the reflectance plate included in my image directory When I start processing I get an error message of Error e0046: Processing failed. No calibrated cameras. The processing stops at 2. Point Cloud and Mesh.

When I include the images of the reflectance plate in my image directory however then the processing makes it past step 2. Point Cloud and Mesh and stops at 3. DSM, Orothomosaic and Index. I assume this happens because it can’t make a tie point for the location of the reflectance plate.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or missing a step. I appreciate any help provided in advance. Thank you!
