# Ayuda con información en la nube

Buenos días,

&nbsp;

Tengo un proyecto en la nube el cual fue debidamente georreferenciado en el proceso con el mapper, pero cuando agrego unos marcadores en el visualizador 3D de la nube, me dice que no se encuentra georreferenciado, quisiera saber esto porque aparece? mi necesidad es descargar las coordenadas x,y y z de estos marcadores en .CSV

Hola Mateo. I will answer in English so that other users who may come across the post can also understand. I hope that is ok with you.

It seems like you are uploading the results produced by pix4Dmapper directly to pix4D Cloud. Is that correct? In that case, we don’t yet support geo-referencing. We are in the process of building a UI for allowing you to specify the coordinate system and the offset of the 3D mesh (saved to a file ending in .xyz by pix4Dmapper).

Currently, to have geo-referenced models in pix4D Cloud, a project has to be processed in the Cloud, either via direct upload of images or by submitting a processing job via pix4Dmapper.

Para los&nbsp;hispano-hablantes, aquí está la traducción:

Entiendo que estás subiendo los&nbsp;resultados de Pix4Dmapper directamente&nbsp;a Pix4Dcloud. ¿Es correcto? En ese caso, la georeferenciación no está&nbsp;soportada&nbsp;todavía. Estamos desarrollando&nbsp;un UI que permita&nbsp;especificar el sistema de coordenadas&nbsp;y el desplazamiento&nbsp;del mesh 3D (habría un fichero&nbsp;con extensión .xyz&nbsp;en Pix4Dmapper).

Por el momento, para disponer de modelos&nbsp;georeferenciados en Pixdcloud, el proyecto&nbsp;tiene que ser procesado en la nube, o bien&nbsp;subiéndo las imágenes o enviándolo a través de Pix4Dmapper.
