# Automatic tie points.

How do I shut off Automatic Tie Point when I am marking GCP’S?

Hi @marsue ,

May I ask if you meant delete an Automatic Tie Point?  
If yes, you can delete a mark by placing your cursor in the image where the tie point is, (optional: click on the tie point once), and finally tapping the delete key on your keyboard.

The black cross here represents my cursor.
